      Some decent people on the analyst and finance desk, friendly atmosphere in the pub on Fridays.

      Cons

      Poor management and poor pay. The company is in dire straits and is constantly making cutbacks on staff and development. No personal development whatsoever, there is a management vs everyone else mentality which is ridiculous for such a small company.

      The company is small. Very tight-knit work environment, everyone is friendly and easy to get along with. Very casual atmosphere.

      None really, can be a little monotonous at times, but is usually stimulating
