Toxic Atmosphere, High Turnover Rate, Bad Management - Anonymous employee 44i Employee Review

The atmosphere here is toxic. In speaking to mid level management, they have averaged one employee per month either quitting or being fired for at least three years straight. Expectations are unreasonable, management systems are almost non-existent, and nothing is well communicated internally. The day to day manager of the company is often dishonest with employees, and routinely throws people under the bus to look better to the company owner. Internal promotion and career growth isn't something they are interested in - they want you in the role you are in and will lie to you to keep you in it.
