      Ridiculous management. Petty and will not provide any feedback until the moment you make a mistake. Extremely negative and unhelpful. Attitudes left and right. Salary is not one you can live off of for the work they want you to do. Higher ups will talk down to you and make you feel like you're not really a part of the team.       One-of-a-kind experiences working with some of Hollywood's top names/companies. Great people within the company. Lots of unique experiences.

      Cons

      Toxic tendencies of PR are a status quo. More focus more on bottom lines than the teams achieving the projections. Minimal consideration for low-level employees. Minimal work/life balance.
