Pros

It was easy to quit.

Cons

At the time, their insurance requirements for sales associates basically made us carry a policy that would cover the company's liabilities thus making it unafordable. If you didn't have the contractualy required insurance you were at risk of termination and would not be paid commissions.

Pros

Tons of support and guidance in your initial start and until you get the ball rolling on your own.. mangers will help you be successful if you are willing to work the numbers. Money and ability to have financial independence as an independent contractor are here if you are willing to learn, and go to work!

Cons

Nobody’s gonna come do it for you, if you don’t put the effort in, you won’t get anything out! Hardest door to get out of is your own front door just like in any sales position where you set your schedule, lots of help, but building your book of business is up to you. Lots of apps/technology needed to help narrow your approach, but easy to learn.

Pros

Training decent they only give you enough information so that you can’t move out too far

Cons

Beware if you’re looking for a long-term future prayer, this is not the one you want to choose. If you end up building a pipeline that’s worth your future let you go and it right out from under you. I’d be very cautious
