The title says it all! Inefficient, unprofessional, disorganized, low-quality technical training for java. Everything about this experience was negative. They want to be a first-class training organization, yet just wanting that does not make it happen. The company flies by the seat of their pants on all aspects regarding training methods and delivery. All training material is 'borrowed' from the web and does not follow a clear, comprehensive path. They have staff who search the internet sites looking for you and tell you exactly what you would like to hear. If you have come to Glassdoor for reviews and recommendations, ask yourself this important question, "How did I become associated with 4Ci?" if they solicited you through email or phone, do yourself a favor - dodge this bullet and move on!
