      Pros

      Nothing springs to mind unfortunately

      Cons

      No benefits Extremely low pay Promises of payrises and bonuses which are non-existent Managers have a 'bullying' tactic Low quality training to try save money Often asked to work over time without any rewards The only people who seem to get employed are female apprentices

      Pros

      Salary on a par if not slightly above average. Location was good for me. Have plenty of orders in the books.

      Cons

      Company is configured to be bureaucratic. Though order books look healthy they appear to struggle to complete orders and meet deadlines. Projects are not managed properly which leads to issues with quality and cost over runs. Appears to poorly forecast budgets and this causes issues within the rest of the company.

      One of the best companies in their field of wind turbines

      I can't say was any negative sides working for 6 months contract with them
