Management has a huge disconnect from their workers downstairs, they don't understand much of why we need more time on things. Expect them to be breathing down your neck constantly especially when its close to deadlines. Expect to be confused on what to do next as theres no proper Task service system in place. Management still likes to fire people on a whim without warning. Management takes forever to budge on approving anything new to help make anything run more efficiently, so hope you like using outdated software. No bonuses Unpaid OT No windowed Office. **Although some of the reviews here have management here as office tyrants, i never had a problem with them personally, as they always came across as friendly and open to talking about projects and casual topics. Just the conduct of their actions i have a problem with, as it feels like they do them with a happy trigger finger without thinking how this could affect them in the future.
