      Some people in the department made it a tolerable place to work.

      Cons

      -Work/life balance does not exist. -Zero culture - no team building events, just "get the work done" -Department is a revolving door. -Communication.

      Pros

      Great engineering manager. People, not including the owner, were great. Bunch of rednecks but great, and non-racist. Go figure.

      Cons

      Old equipment. No real quality controls to speak of. Unsafe but the workers have a firm commitment to safety.
