      Interesting international projects, good to gain experience. Young and active environment, many skilled colleagues (until they stay), open space office

      Cons

      Salary is a bit low, but don't worries you are lucky if you receive any salary. About 3-4 months average time to receive payment, up to 6 or more. Average 10 working hours per day easily becoming 12 "when needed". If you work abroad they take your fly on weekend or night time with work the next morning

      flexibility of work is sometimes excessive. Also when you are a freelance from every point.
