In my experience, certain versions felt insufficiently tested, which led to recurring technical issues. As a result, customers frequently contacted support, creating a very high workload and significant stress for Customer Care agents based in Ukraine. Under pressure to meet performance expectations, local management tends to rely heavily on close performance monitoring and strict oversight. While likely intended to maintain standards, this approach can contribute to additional pressure for frontline teams.
