No Full and Final Settlement (FNF): After resignation, the company does not process FNF, leaving employees without proper closure. Lack of Transparency: Policies and processes are unclear and not communicated effectively to employees. No Employee Support: Post-resignation experience was particularly frustrating due to withheld payments and lack of resolution.
