Cons
The merit increases (if any) are very small. The communication from top managers to employees is very bad, they say the company is ok, we get more and more clients but when the 1-on-1 meetings come, they tell you the company doesn't have a lot of profit, we lose clients and so on. Because it's an american company, most of the clients are from USA which means you can have meetings outside of the working ours.
