Pros
Growth opportunities, great people to work with, lots of support and pretty exciting projects, great overall culture. I’ve met lots of great technical professionals and leaders for which I’m grateful I had the chance meeting them. One of the few companies in the area to work for in my opinion.
Cons
Ultimately the engagement you land defines much of the experience you have in a service company. Sometimes it’s hard to push back from engineering when sales needs to meet their targets in filling open positions, specially when this can harm team performance and dynamics.
