To live our value of continuous improvement and intent to provide maximum flexibility to our team members, we introduced work from anywhere policy , which was also our proactive step to transition to hybrid working, We strive to come up with more employee friendly policies and continue our fair working environment to enable all team members to learn and grow. Indeed we are growing and scaling up in all terms; hence we are equally focused on making all our processes agile as one of our priorities of year 2022. We involve all team members for suggestions and implementation of year long priority areas and our all team members are encouraged to voice out their suggestions and views with their teams.
