While taking a new project, we see many aspects like technology, the impact of the product on business and the tenure of the project. In the recent past, most of the projects are of satisfactory durations and extensions and revisions to project terms are always a part of the process. We always gather information from the market to understand the salary increment in IT Industry and keep our increases equal or more than the market. Salary increments for an individual also depend upon the performance, skillset, potential, etc. We believe in job rotation and always try to give options to our team members in case they are willing to change projects.
