Also meal is provided which keep tension free for food, 3. flexible working hours along with good good salary package, 4. its a celebration organization which keeps all of us motivated with ongoing festive event. 5. great leaning opportunities by training programs provided

      Facility is very congested and its difficult to manage to work in small space.

      -Remote work and unlimited paid time off

      Cons

      -Leadership is atrocious -Raises and bonuses are nonexistent -Restructure again, still a mess -Low salaries -Toxic environment. Leaders are bullies. -No 401k match -Healthcare benefits are terrible. -Job security -No growth/career path -No ethics/no culture -Lacks most corporate benefits you'd find elsewhere
