Pros
I started out with 3P Partners in 2017, and it was my first internship in recruitment. I certainly did not know what to expect but over the course of 2 years, I was able to learn the ins and outs of being a good recruiter. A couple pros:
1. An amazing team with experienced mentors that show you the ropes of recruiting
2. Opportunities to work on upper management and C-level candidate recruiting, definitely stands out on resume for future career opportunities
3. Senior management encourages open conversation about how to grow and improve the business and existing systems
4. Consistent recognition of employee and team achievements through team lunches, quarterly outings, and a LOT of cakes

Cons
It can get a little hectic in the office, especially when we get an influx of new roles. So, it's easy to feel a little lost, but if you ask for guidance and a recap, any one of the team members will easily catch you up to speed!
