      Pros

      Opportunity to learn various roles. Very, very laid back. Decent products.

      Cons

      Crappy commission structure. Little training and even that is shoddy at best. Lots of defective apparel and footwear. CEO lacks any sort of vision. Unorganized and unprofitable. Low salary. No loyalty.
