* Scope for learning new cloud, data science, data engineering tools
* The company works on techniques to develop financial habits among banks. But, there are very few interesting projects. There's high employee attrition rate.
* I feel motivated to search for better opportunities and projects. If i do not work hard and upgrade my skills. Then, I have to work at 3LOQ. This company helped me recognise skills that i would love working with for longer periods of time in my career.
* Remote work culture during covid

* Poor team culture, lack of creative thinking : The higher management is not passionate to invent new tools , gadgets and projects. Some managers do not understand the code basics, work updates, code implementations.
* Cheap work ethics: No work life balance. Weekends is not off. Managers and higher management call their employees late nights and festivals for work updates. They have poor team spirit and no fixed time for daily team calls.
* Some times, the projects are very boring. Project change and internal switch inside 3LOQ is difficult and there are very few resources working in the organisation. A person might start hating start-up work culture if they collaborate with 3LOQ.
* Unrealistic crowd outsourcing : Employees are treated like cattle-class. The employee count and projects are coincidentally less. A project resource is made to work parallely with greater than 2 clients in the day. The company is not gender-inclusive and diverse. Employees are dumped with lesser pay and more work.
* Unlike other IT companies, 3LOQ does not have strong teams and higher management does not encourage virtual events, Tech conferences, paid e-learning, strong employee communities.
