schedule flexibility, opportunities to work in various positions, feel good knowing you are providing a much needed service to the community, the management cares cares about employee morale, weekly and/or monthly staff meetings keep everyone informed and up to date.
Cons
for the home visiting staff, the paperwork can be lengthy at times. They do not hire LPNs for home visits to help out when census is high.
