Pros

I have been working in 3H Partners for 1.5 years.I started as an intern and after 6 months I got a job offer for a full-time position as "Business Strategy Consultant". I believe that 3H is the ideal place for graduates to start and advance their career. Compared to other companies, in 3H everyone has the opportunity to get a great exposure to clients and take important responsibilities from day one. Interns and consultants work directly with the partners, the managers and the project leaders which provides a great opportunity to learn a lot from their experience and get better and better every day. Also, I really appreciate the rewarding culture in 3H. If you try hard, you improve and contribute to projects’ success you can have a quick career progression. What I also really like in 3H is the way we work with clients. We don’t just offer template solutions but we work together with the clients to identify their pain-points, their key challenges and experiment together in order to find solutions that can make a real impact.

Cons

- Because you have a lot of responsibilities very early on, it can be really challenging and requires important personal commitment.

Pros

• Very fast-paced environment and accelerated learning curve • Opportunity to work closely with the Partners • Interesting and challenging projects with leading companies across a wide range of sectors • Great exposure to clients even at analyst level • Most of the Senior Consultants and Project Leaders are very experienced and easy-going. It’s always nice and challenging to work with them

Cons

• Working hours can be long sometimes but it is typical in consulting • The Partners are usually very busy or travelling, thus it is not possible to have very regular reviews • There is variance among the Project Leaders in terms of competences and behaviour. One Project Leader I worked with lacked basic consulting skills (Excel, PowerPoint) so learning opportunities were limited. The way she managed the project was very inefficient and created a lot of friction in the team. Her tone of communication was aggressive and in some cases even abusive.
