Benefits are fantastic. 401k is amazing. Salary is incredible. Company holidays rule. Team nights are like being back in college.

I would say that there needs to be a bit more professionalism among the managers. However, I do understand that a few of them are pretty young themselves.

I love fundraising as I have always been a people person and that’s all you do is speak to new people. The money is also very good.

The hours. I HATE the fact in Austin we start on a Wednesday and finish on Sunday. I know why we do it but it means I’m missing my weekends.
