If I talk about 3fox digitial company, the company is cooperative for every employee the environment is neither so restricted nor so dense. i work in very friendly environment. we can learn lot of things from this company the managers are very courageous to make us understand. the communication between executive level is very good to managerial level as well as director level. sometimes company has some actives for the employee entertainment such as Team lunch, movie, adventurous trip for increasing the communication among all employs

sometimes company takes action if we keep denying to follow the company rules and regulation

Office timing is the only pro.

- No salary, you are a laid in this office. - If you ask for training then you will not be properly entertained. - no work culture. - i will advise not to join this company as if you ask for salary then god knows you will live the next day or not. - No accounts department. - in my presence, 5 employees were there, when I leave today than 3 of them were with me, so judge the environment.
