Be cautious of them classifying you as a contracted worker with a 1099 versus an employee with a W-2. Despite working as an employee, I was classified as a contract worker (which means they don't pay taxes on you) and then owed $800 in taxes after working there for only 9 months. This is fraud and other legal actions should (and hopefully have been) taken upon them.
