      Pros

      This company cares about the individual. In the k9 world it seems too many people are thrown around. I understand jobs and contracts change but how you treat people is everything. This company more then exceeds my general expectation of taking care of people.

      Cons

      Maybe having more hands on management if you are greener, but the onboaridng is still really strong.
