      Pros

      Great base salary. Great benefits. Senior management does a good job with company wide communication and direction of the company.

      Cons

      Terrible work life balance. Not enough communication between sales and delivery teams when starting new projects. Due to how bonus payouts work, you have to be constantly working for a client otherwise, it can harm your bonus payout. Not very much holidays throughout the year.
