Lacks Direction - Account Executive 3BL Media Employee Review

-Supportive, collaborative, healthy work environment. Very much a team effort at 3BL. -Always felt heard and seen by the senior management and always felt like a valuable team member. -Great work/life balance. -Everyone is working towards the same goal.

-Could be a bit better at communication but management always trusted their employees to get their work done

Account management team (erroneously called media consultants - causes confusion with clients because they think that role entails reaching out to media outlets) were amazing team players. Management was, almost always, very good with hiring amazing people with outstanding talent and a variety of skills. Location of the office was great if you enjoy Northampton, MA.

Because they hired great people, those left faster once they realized the culture in the office. CEO and COO (married couple that do not “leave things at the door”) are very good at selling you the job and later making you feel like ideas and opinions count - when this is not the case. They do not have experience in many of the areas they supervise/manage and it shows. Additionally, another review mentioned getting any agreement or conversation in writing - this is of the outmost importance since they change their minds about how they feel about you daily - they make decisions regarding your job/position based on how much they like you instead of appropriately measuring performance.
