      Pros

      Though telecommuting for the length of my engagement, trips to the office were pleasant enough and congenial, as the staff are friendly. I think the value proposition is a decent one.

      Cons

      Senior Management had little concept of the sales cycle entering a new vertical market. Management style was mixed, with the CEO and COO (a married couple) having very different, and hence confusing ways of overseeing this employee. I didn't appreciate being made the scapegoat for their lack of foresight.

      Pros

      -Supportive, collaborative, healthy work environment. Very much a team effort at 3BL. -Always felt heard and seen by the senior management and always felt like a valuable team member. -Great work/life balance. -Everyone is working towards the same goal.

      Cons

      -Could be a bit better at communication but management always trusted their employees to get their work done

      The people who have worked here for a long time truly care about each other and look after the team.

      Cons

      Company faces significant headwinds given "ESG" has become a dirty-word in the last few years; Sales team scaled for growth that did not come.
