      Global business with some good brands

      Cons

      Change in ownership has changed the way employees are looked after. It is no longer a very happy place to work due to the extended period of cost cutting and departure of key people.

      Pros

      Pretty laid back. Constant change of work pace. Overtime non mandatory. Decent insurance and 401k. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Lack of communication. Management doesn't listen to employees. Very hot and humid during hot months and can be very cold during winter months.
