Great culture, awesome people, relaxed atmosphere. Love the location and office space. Social events, AMAs, Fireside Chats, and Internal Knowledge Exchanges are great. Little to no office politics, and there's not a single person I don't enjoy working with.

Not the most comfortable chairs in the world. Would be nice to have more diverse kitchen appliances. Would enjoy more face time with execs in a non-work-related setting.

Management actively supports culture. The people are intelligent, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Every day presents a new and interesting challenge. The team executes well and quickly. Opportunity for direct, visible impact on product and customers. Lots of room for personal growth. Management responds to feedback. Beer at work.

2 rounds of layoffs in 2014, but things are recovering fast. Big system, small team. Office location far from public transit. Uncomfortable chairs.
