Pros
They have free beer and a great roof deck. Office is also located in a nice part of the city.
Cons
Good briefs are few and far between, which means most of the time it's just working on social content. Management has not trust or respect for their employees. Very apparent favoritism takes place with select employees. For a "hot shot digital agency", it's sad that the wifi works only half the time.
