Pros
If one wants to experience how the employees shouldn't be treated and how a business from the insiders' perspective shouldn't be run, this place is highly recommended. The biggest advantage of joining the company is the chance to meet amazing people though none of them stays longer than few months only.
Cons
Low salary that is often paid with delay or not fully paid. Issues with days off and salary during the notice period. Expect not getting your money on time or at all. Tricky contract with many exeptions. No organisational structure.
