Pros
No work and only politics. Management changes every 6 months. CEO seems to be doing on probation internship. The previous HR also a cofounder was a lier. She never cared about growth of employees. False misleading claims. MH is the worst this that could have happened to 360. The positive review in the glassdoor is faked by the management to show the investors and get investments. Investor gives money because one of the founder can tell false stories. Salaries are delayed but paid. Fruits or leftover pizza are given on the day investor is in office. 360dialog slogan is Proven value at Scale. It has been proven value to be corrupt and everything to No Value and Not scalable.

The culture is horrible. Only blame game and lying each other. No work. Only coffee break. No growth. No salary increase. The management try to avoid salary discussion. no real product, no marketing team. fake management who this they are right and will point fingers at you. no Career Opportunities horrible Work/Life Balance Proven value to mislead. Horrible product. No marketing team. No sales team. Sales guy just wants to be MD.
