      Pros

      Can’t find any pros. Worst decision ever made to work here.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. Micro monitoring by management, there is no break in whole day..every other minute manager pings. Expect to work even after hours. No extra pay or appreciation. Highly underpaid as compared to hours demanded for work. Your brain will always be occupied no family time remains.

      Excellent, Committed & "Very" Talented Team. They know the QA & Testing services very well. Most sought services area by our clients/prospects. Many successful clients, great references, case studies, AND always ready..

      Cons

      Need to package services with focus to each individual vertical. The value prop will surely go up.
