I was in a bind my life was in shambles! The patient and nurturing management team at 360lending helped me achieve potential I never knew possible. After working in the financial industry under major financial institutions 360 gave me a fresh spin (no pun intended) on the customer service experience. I find myself excited to wake up in the morning and come to work! My input is validated and my concerns and opinions are appreciated. Working with the like minded individuals a 360lending has truly become a family dynamic. Working along side people from all walks of life in order to achieve a common goal allows me to stay motivated and I implore anyone looking for a new and exciting career in finance to join the team.

We're not open on weekends

I'm no longer there as I wasn't a good fit in the end, but I felt I had to leave this review regardless. The culture is pretty amazing, and even though I've been in the business for a while, I learned a tone that I now replicate in my own business. Highly recommend this brokerage as a place to work.
