I love our team - they are cordial, collaborative and cooperative and incredibly committed to delivering the most effective engagement and fundraising platform in the world. Our client support team delivers white glove service, and our sales team listens, educates, and does not push. We're rebranding and our marketing folks are brilliant and covering all the bases. 2021 is going to be a great year!
Cons
The evolution from startup to growth phase is an exciting but awkward time - especially when you're going for organic growth, independent of investors. There aren't big budgets yet, but there's tons of opportunity for brilliant, skilled and passionate people who can help us grow.
