Company culture, Casual attire, Chill employees, Friday Lunch, Pet friendly environment, Good work and personal life balance. Weekly pay. You definitely have an opportunity to grow within the company. Good job for recent college grad. The previous bad reviews had me questioning when I first started working here (in 2014) but I had no issues here within my year and a half.

Location is annoying because the 7 train is the worst, work gets repetitive, pay could be better overall this is a chill job

- None in a general sense - water until it ran out - lunch once a month if they remembered other people we're in the office and not just three main folks. - casual

- everything - the office is a complete mess, the bathrooms are disgusting. No one is able to just reload the toilet paper, some people are too good for that - there's an office snitch. He will talk about you, and if you even mention something negative it goes straight to the boss. He does not care about you. He doesn't even say hello. Didn't even graduate HS, but considers himself above everyone in the office. GIVE ME A BREAK. - the pay is low, no over time. If you finish early its a big event if you want to leave early. - No work life balance, no office culture - Boss favors certain people, and doesn't even try to hide it. which comes back to the lunch situation, your other employees can hear the girl ordering and putting it on your c.c oh yeah there's also the evidence of she giving the food to the other two, while the least paid people just watched.
