Pros

The people here feel like family. Everyone is incredibly kind and considerate. This is the first company I've worked for where the CEO personally takes the time to talk to you, and you're treated with respect and like an equal. I cherished every moment at 360 and miss the relationships I built there. The job offers great flexibility, allowing for a solid work-life balance. The team is incredibly supportive, always helping one another and sharing knowledge. There's always someone available when assistance is needed.

Cons

The only cons I can think of is the pay, you’re not really paid enough for the effort you put in. I think the need to take a look at the wages they pay their staff as this is the only reason ppl intend to leave.

Pros

I had the opportunity to work with a talented and supportive team. Management was approachable, and leadership was transparent about company goals and direction. The company also values work-life balance and makes an effort to maintain a positive workplace atmosphere.

Cons

As with many growing companies, things can move quickly and priorities may shift, which might be challenging for some. Processes are still maturing in some departments, so adaptability is key.
