Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your unhappiness and that it did not work out. We value all our employees and their input is always welcome and important to our success. Many of our team members have been with us since the early days of our company (we formed it in 2013) and they have a different perspective – and they are quite successful in their roles. While each job has a learning curve, and training is always required to further develop skills required to perform productively and effectively, we aim to hire based on the required qualifications for the job. Sometimes, we don’t get the hiring right, which is an unfortunate reality of operating a business. We do hope you find a role with an employer that better aligns with your skills and expectations.
