Pros

Free water and coffee. If you are high school graduated and looking for a temp job with cheap pay, Go for it.

Cons

The management was the worst management I ever had. Surprisingly, they do not realize how many people have quit because of THEIR poor management. Family owned company. Family related employees make way more money even they are not good what they do. Almost everyone is looking for a new job constantly. "We need to get out from here!" was our daily bread.

Water and coffee are indeed free. The company has invested in a reverse osmosis water system that provides fresh and pure filtered water to all of its employees as well as many more employee perks such as bagel & donut breakfasts, pizza and catered lunches, extra holidays off and early dismissal prior to a holidays. The company also subscribes to a premium coffee service that provides employees with gourmet coffee (3 flavors) and a variety of creamers and sweeteners at no charge on a daily basis. Employees that join the company find the compensation for those positions to be competitive for the market and the industry. They also find that with our training programs, mentoring environment, and leadership that everyone from entry level positions to senior executive positions has an opportunity to grow their career with a growth company and industry. We value our employees and providing opportunity to them is key. We strongly believe in promoting from within. Many employees that have joined the company have had the opportunity to advance, and in many cases have been promoted into management and senior management positions. We also value feedback from our employees and have incorporated many of the suggestions provided through our annual anonymous employee feedback surveys. With regards to family members we do value referrals from our team and whether they are friends or family members, all employees in our company are subject to the same policies, procedures, and performance expectations as non-family members. Everyone receives the same benefits as non-family members and have equal opportunities. We are now in our 12th year in business and going strong, thanks to the team members that have continued to support our organization in delivering quality services and products to our clients over the years. Ultimately people that love their jobs do great work and our strong base of long term and returning clients can attest to that. Family members employed in the business are subject to the same policies, procedures, and performance expectations as non-family members. They receive the same benefits as non-family members.

Pros

Positive work environment . Growth opportunity (I have had 3 promotions in as many years through multiple departments) Free food (bagel breakfasts, coffee, water, candy dish. Relaxed dress code I have been able to work a schedule that accommodates my family. Very supportive - I suffered a major loss while working here and the support (meals, monetary donations, calls, cards) blew me away. Fair compensation (aggressive commission structure in Sales) STICKERS!!!!

Cons

The bathroom on the lower floor is sometimes closed and we have to walk up stairs

Pros

Every employee that is an asset and brings added value to the company is treated incredibly well and still works for the company. The work is very exciting, the day flies by, innovative, and always learning something new. The company cares about their clients so much that it feels good to be a part of this company when there are so many other marketing companies that are "turn and burn". The advancement opportunity is endless. One of the Directors started as an employee 3 years ago and was promoted 3 times and became a Director within 2.5 years of employment. He will probably become an Executive in the future. I personally have been promoted twice and if I wanted to work in a different department or have a different job or be promoted again I could because the company cares that much. But I love my job and am very satisfied. I haven't known of someone that was fired in the last 5 years that wasn't thoroughly warned and knew it was coming. Employees can take an hour for lunch, but the company offers 30 min option so the employees can leave early or come in later. The company offers 2+ weeks PTO depending on your level, lots of paid holiday, and all the other benefits. Contact any of the employees on LinkedIn and ask them what they think, since they still work their for a reason!

Cons

The company has hired lower level employees in the past so there has been some issues with immaturity, but in the last year or two they have invested a lot in recruiting and getting better more professional people so culture is improving.
