Very strong work process with growing results, lots of learning in fact 30% of the work time dedicated to learning since this industry changes by the day. Extra care for performance may seem too much but it comes from the need to get better and higher for clients.
Cons
Requires a lot of attention to every single task and lots of reviewing this can be a bit difficult when you have to keep your standards up all the time.
