Pros

They will give you hours if you want them.

Cons

Management cares more about profit than providing services to those who need it. Trainings are subpar, this is a “you learn as you go” environment. When others quit, their workload is put in you. Management will text you repeatedly when you are not working, for NON-EMERGENCY situations. Systematic and administrative shortcomings are put on clinical employees. They do not have enough direct staff, and supervisors are expected to make up for it. Additionally, clinical staff are asked to perform administrative duties with NO pay unless it lasts up to 15 minutes. While administrative assistants are little to no help. They will only email you tasks for you to do, that they can complete themselves. For example, staffing coordinators will ask you to make a phone call to families that they can do to themselves. Most of the calls I did, per administrative request, could not be paid for but they can do it on their office hours. They are 9-5. I did not get a masters degree to make phone call, send emails, or administrative work. On top of that, BCBAs are new, within 3 months and minimal experience. This is all specific for the Inland Empire region. Do not work for this company.

Pros

families and clients are the best thing about this kind of work

Cons

Working here felt like being stuck in a constant disconnect between what the ceo says and what actually happens theres so much focus on appearances when it is all fake Raising concerns gets turned back on you that creates an unhealthy place to work where people stay quiet, stop trying to avoid problems or retaliation
