      Interesting work, some amazing people, decent pay

      Cons

      Chaotic, poor internal communication, ET quite detached from day to day running and quite clearly detached from the reality of struggles faced by staff dealing with some big structural issues.

      Pros

      I got latitude on what I was doing and it was fun to devote time to a cause I believe in.

      Cons

      I'm not sure how much impact I had, and of course as a nonprofit it is really constrained by funding.
