Pros

All those in the company have a shared desire to improve patient care by helping health and care organisations in the UK to become inspiring places to work and improve patient outcomes. Very agile, lots of autonomy and when you have a new, exciting idea you're encouraged to run with it.

Cons

Working very closely alongside the NHS can sometimes have its drawbacks in terms of IG policy. As a somewhat small company there is always lots to do!

Pros

I must admit that one of the reasons I initially accepted the position at 33n was due to the company's positive vision, goals, and ambitious plans for growth. I was excited about the potential to work for a company that seemed to be making a difference in its industry. However, my experience working there was not reflective of the company's supposed positive outlook.

Cons

The reality was a very different story, with a culture that did not foster teamwork and cooperation, a management team that did not provide the support and guidance that was needed, and a lack of pay transparency diversity and inclusion made me feel uncomfortable at times. I also found that the company culture discouraged open communication and constructive feedback, which meant that I was unable to express my critical views and provide potential solutions to problems that I observed. This lack of transparency and openness made it difficult for me to feel valued and supported in my role, and ultimately contributed to my decision to seek employment elsewhere.

Pros

The people make this company - people with diverse professional backgrounds, excellent skills, innovative in their approach and collaborative in the culture.

Cons

Remote first provides great flexibility but the real magic happens when the teams come together.
