The marketing effort here is toxic . If you're looking to join, be prepared to leave your sanity and dignity at the door because they treat you like garbage. A day at the office is full of scoldings, yelling, taunts, and humiliation, followed by micromanagement. After a series of layoffs and members quitting, the team is left with limited resources, ergo the current open requisitions on Linkedin. Please note that ALL THE ACTIVE REQUISITIONS are to fill up the people they FIRED. What's the guarantee they won't do the same to you at some point? For the managers, everything is a five or ten-minute job, and no matter how much effort is put in, you're always doing a pathetic job. Job security is almost non-existent. The top-level management wants to bully the marketing managers, and they, in turn, want to do the same to their subordinates. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this circus. You've been warned!
