Pros
303 is such a supportive environment with a great team and plenty of opportunities. It's the perfect place for those who want to work hard and become passionate about the business they work for, and of course grow your career in the process. I wouldn't have had it any other way!
Cons
You have to prove yourself and work hard to grow with the magazine. If you're someone who expects everything to just be handed to you I would check out some of the other publications in Denver.
