      -Great Work Environment. Plenty of experienced professionals if advise is needed on a subject. -Little micromanagement from administration, letting you get what needs to be done. -You're given your space to work on assigned projects.

      Cons

      -With little micromanagement sometimes come lack of structure or direction. You must be proactive and driven to get things done.
