Pros

3 Media Web is an excellent place to work. You'll have the opportunity to shape company processes and truly feel part of the team. The entire team is great to work with, and everyone meshes well.

Cons

Sometimes things can move very quickly and processes or tools can change in a minute - be prepared.

Pros

The culture here is all about collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement. No one's afraid of change; in fact, we thrive on it. As the digital world evolves, we evolve right with it, finding smarter, more creative ways to help our clients (and each other) shine. What really stands out to me is how supportive and down-to-earth the team is. Leadership is transparent and genuinely cares about people, ot just projects. You're trusted to do great work, encouraged to share ideas, and cheered on when you stretch into something new. If you want to grow, laugh, and be part of a team that's always leveling up, 3 Media Web is where you want to be.

Cons

Things move fast, if you're not comfortable with change, it can feel overwhelming at times. Because we are a growing agency, priorities can shift quickly and everyone needs to wear a few hats. There is always more that we want to do but not enough time in the day

Pros

Best working environment in my decade-long career. Here are some things that stood out. - Collaborative approach/open to suggestion - Flexible working environment/family-focused - Many opportunities for career growth - Accountability across all teams - Fully remote - Generous PTO and Benefits

Cons

Overall, there isn't much to gripe about, but here are some challenges I experienced. - Fast growth (Some miscommunication/confusion, undefined deliverables/process, high expectations on revenue growth/timesheets/budget) - Only designer on the team (a lot of explaining about the design process and limitations - not as comfortable with requesting time off) - Responsibilities exceed that of a traditional Senior Web Designer role
