Pros

The work environment is the best I've ever experienced. My fellow employees are fun, engaging, and genuinely caring. I'm treated as an equal, regardless of my position. And I actually look forward to coming into work, which I've never found to be the case in any of my previous jobs. In addition, I'm never micromanaged- I am given tasks and expected to complete them, but there isn't someone hovering over my shoulder all day. I cannot say enough how incredible the people here are and how well everyone works as a team. I'm not even kidding, I either walk into the office or leave the office saying how much I love this company and love everyone. I'm a big fan.

Cons

It's inevitable given we are a start-up company, but sometimes there gets to be too much to do without enough people or time to do it. There are definitely days where I've been so overwhelmed and stressed that things have felt difficult to manage. That being said, the entire team is always willing to help, and a lot of the time it gets balanced out by days that are less busy.

Pros

Get to meet cool owners of bars

Cons

You sweat your booty off in the summer, freeze in the winter. They keep lowering commission and only allow you to go to certain bars. When they realize you are good at sales, and you bring a lot of business quickly they can't pay so lower commission but continue to spend their money on booze outings at clients/potential clients saying it's a team meeting to support the bar but you aren't invited. They show up every day at the office tired and hung over. They admitted they need someone out of college who doesn't know what they are doing instead of a seasoned sales person.
