Pros

-Get to wear whatever you want -Certain co-workers are very chill -If you’re into clothes then it’s for you as you’ll be exposed to different brands customers bring to sell(if they’re of quality/value of course) daily -If you want a chill work lifestyle

Cons

-Lack of clear guidance/mentorship from upper management -Lack of career progression(advertised as you can move up to HQ but that’s a lie) -Management won’t defend you from the assult customers throw at you if they’re not satisfied with the selling process -Certain co-workers are only workable with you if it’s in their favour -The system is pretty much carefree & they just add on more procedures whenever they feel like it -Your staff ‘benefits’ are not benefits at all & you’re forced to used them -Management won’t listen to your suggestions/concerns. They’ll just do whatever they think works best in the point of view -Lack of team bonding

Pros

job itself is fun and you get exposure to brands and trends. Coworkers can be a strong positive — several reviews describe a relaxed atmosphere and good friendships among staff. Flexible scheduling — often helpful for students or people balancing another job. Potential internal growth if the store is expanding. Dress code is usually casual and fashion-oriented rather than highly formal

Cons

Management consistency Pay and benefits are common weak points Promotions and growth can feel unclear or uneven. Scheduling/work-life balance concerns show up, especially for buyers or management roles. Some employees mention workplace cliques or store drama.
